Elsewhere,

At Montes De Alba Inc.,

Gabriela is with her father, in an empty conference room. She tells him that she gets worried about his safety because Helena and Carlos are crazy and might try to do something to him. She adds that they are very dangerous, especially since the case is going on, and evidence could be unearthed that might finally destroy them. Gabriel puts an arm on his daughter's shoulder and tells her to be patient and relax, and that soon, they will get rid of Helena and Carlos. Gabriela smiles a little bit. She then asks her father if he came because he changed his mind about making her brother the company's head.

 

Gabriel says that he hasn't changed his mind. He says that he still believes that the company would be better off with her and her siblings in charge. He adds that he hasn't fully recovered and that may never happen and he doesn't want to give the company disservice or overexert himself and risk his health. Gabriela frowns and tells her father not to be so pessimistic. He shrugs and tells her that he is being very realistic. He adds that what he needs is something to occupy himself because he can't be idle, otherwise he might go crazy again or get another condition.

 

Elsewhere at Montes De Alba Inc.,

Hernan is passing through the garden of the company offices, when he sees Aranza sitting by herself, deep in thought. Concerned, he walks over to his sister. Aranza hears someone approach her and lifts her head up. She sees that it is Hernan and smiles at him. He sits near her. He asks her how she is. Aranza says that she is fine. Hernan says that he doesn't believe her because he knows her too well. He says that he can tell when she isn't okay. Aranza folds her arms and rolls her eyes at Hernan. She says that she was just thinking about something.

 

Hernan says that whatever, she was thinking about must be so important, if it has got her so serious. Aranza looks at her brother and asks him if he thinks she is a bad person. Hernan is surprised at the question and gives her a questioning look. He asks her who told her something so ridiculous. He says that she is a wonderful, clever and kind person. Aranza asks Hernan if he is saying those things because she is his sister. He says that he isn't and adds that he really does think she is a good person. He then asks her what happened.

 

Aranza sighs and says that she was thinking about Helena. Hernan asks her if Helena tried to do anything to her. Aranza assures him that nothing happened. She says that sometimes she is afraid that she will be like Helena. Hernan is surprised at this. He tells Aranza that she is a nice person and she is nothing like her mother. Aranza says that whether she likes it or not, Helena is her mother and she is a psychotic killer. She adds that Helena's blood runs in her and maybe some of her evil DNA as well.

 

Elsewhere,

Gabriela hangs up the phone. She sighs. Her father asks her what the problem was. Gabriela tells him that Antonio had gone to sort some issues to do with his grandmother's medicines. Gabriela pauses then adds that he didn't find her there. Gabriel asks her what she means. He adds that Claudia was still recovering and she wasn't strong enough to just leave the hospital without raising suspicion. Gabriela adds that Antonio told her that when he went to her room, he found a mannequin. Gabriel is shocked. Gabriela says that the police were almost arriving when Antonio called and they are going to begin a search, review footage, and those kinds of things. Gabriel is shocked. Things seem to be getting stranger.

 

Elsewhere,

At the hospital,

Antonio is in a waiting room. He is pacing around. He is too restless to sit down. Just then the door opens and his grandfather comes into the room. Immediately, the mood in the room changes from bad to worse. Juan Patricio looks at Antonio suspiciously. He gets straight to the point and asks him where his grandmother is. Antonio says that he has no idea. Juan Patricio tells him that wasn't the time for jokes. He adds that whatever crazy plans he and his grandmother have planned are pointless. He then tells Antonio to tell him where he hid his grandmother.

 

Antonio says that he hasn't hidden her. He says that like he said earlier, he came to visit his grandmother before going to get the medicines she needed and he found a mannequin in her bed. Juan Patricio looks at Antonio suspiciously. He says to himself that given how Antonio was able to successfully lead something like Gabriel's reveal in complete secret, it is not far-fetched to think that he would pull off sneaking his grandmother out of the hospital in secret. Antonio says that his grandmother is missing and that is the only fact.

 

He adds that she could have been kidnapped or have been sneaked. He asks his grandfather why he is so sure, his grandmother was sneaked out. Juan Patricio asks him what he is suggesting. Antonio says that he isn't suggesting anything. He adds that if his grandmother was sneaked out or sneaked out herself, it means she was afraid of something or someone. Juan Patricio comes closer and stares Antonio down. Juan Patricio tells Antonio to be careful about what he is saying.

 

Elsewhere,

Back at Montes De Alba Inc.,

Hernan tells Aranza that she is like their father. He adds that if at twenty-one, she hasn't shown any of her mother's evil tendencies, she will not. Aranza says that she could develop them later, or it could skip her and go to her children or grandchildren. Hernan puts an arm around Aranza, he tells her that she is a good person and she won't just change and become a psycho one day. He adds that she can't predict how her children or grandchildren will be like, but she can focus on continuing to be good, praying, and raising her children right when she has them. He adds that they will all always love her and be there to support her. He hugs her.

 

Some hours later,

At Renata's house,

She comes into the kitchen and finds Thiago pouring juice into a glass. When he sees her, he says that he can't wait to meet his aunt and cousin the next day. Renata smiles and asks herself just how much Thiago knows about Marianna's past. When he sees that his mother's mind is occupied, he asks her what she was thinking about.

 

Renata says that it wasn't something important. Thiago gives her an I don't believe you look but doesn't say anything. He says that he will be like an older brother to Dianna and guide and protect her. Renata says that she doesn't doubt that he will. She adds that he is a good and responsible boy. She rubs his head and he frowns. Putting on his best attempt at a serious face, he tells her that he is a big boy and he is too old for such things.

 

Elsewhere,

At Hernan and Adrianna's house,

They are having dinner when Gisela Paulina asks them where they are going the next day. Adrianna smiles at her daughter and asks her why she is so eager to know. Gisela Paulina smiles at Hernan and points at him. She says that because daddy said so. Adrianna looks at Hernan who smiles innocently and then back at Gisela. She asks her what else her father said. Gisela Paulina says that he says that weekends are for doing fun things outside.

 

Hernan smiles and says to himself that his daughter is just like him. Adrianna says that the next day, the two of them have to go somewhere very important. She adds that they have to go to visit her grandmother's grave with her aunt, grandfather, and cousin. Gisela not understanding what a grave is, asks if they are going to visit Grandma Anna or Grandma Luisa. Hernan momentarily looks horrified at the thought of anything happening to either Luisa or Anna Patricia.

 

He then calls Gisela to go to him. She goes up to Hernan and he carries her. He gets a bit serious and tells that he loves his Aunt Anna Patricia and Mommy Luisa very much because they raised him and her aunt Gabriela but the next day they aren't going to visit either of them. Gisela asks Hernan, where they are going. Hernan says that they are going to put flowers on his real mother's grave. He adds that she is in heaven with the angels.

 

Elsewhere,

At Martin's house,

Dianna asks Marianna, where Martin (or Uncle Martin) is. Marianna says that he will come back soon. Dianna frowns and Marianna smiles at how much like her, her daughter is. Dianna frowns again and tells Marianna that it is not funny. She tells Marianna that it is late and her uncle isn't back yet and he is never out late. Marianna turns away from her daughter. She remembers kissing Martin and a lone tear falls from her face. She quickly wipes it away. She turns back to Dianna and kneels.

 

She tells Dianna that they are going somewhere the next day. Dianna asks her where they are going. Marianna tells her that they are going to visit her (Marianna's) grandfather. Dianna says that's okay. Marianna tells Dianna that she will meet her cousin as well. Dianna asks Marianna if she can play with him. Marianna says that he is much older than her (Dianna), and that he is almost twelve years old. Dianna says that she still wants to play with him. Marianna tells Dianna that she can.

 

Elsewhere at Antonio and Gabriela's house,

Antonio is in his study. He is sitting in his chair, his hands clasped together and his head bowed down. He is lost in thoughts about his grandmother. Gabriela knocks on the study's door and then enters. He lifts his head up. She walks up towards him. He looks at her and asks her if she is fine. Gabriela says that she is. She adds that she feels guilty not being with him the next day, as the search for his grandmother continues. Antonio stands and puts an arm around her. She looks at him. He says that she has to go with her father, brother, Hannibal, and Gisela to visit her mother's grave.

 

Gabriela says that she knows but she also has to support him because she loves him. Antonio says that it's only the next day and anyway if anything happens, he would call her to update her. He tells her that she should go with her father to visit her mother's grave because it will help him in his journey to recovery and towards piecing his life back together. Gabriela still doesn't say anything. Antonio sighs. He asks her if she wants her father to recover. Gabriela says that of course, she does. Antonio says then she should go with him the next day because it would make him happy.

 

Gabriela then agrees. Antonio asks her where she will take Ricardo. Gabriela says that she will take him to her grandparents' house to stay with her aunt Anna. Antonio says that it is remarkable to see how much Ricardo loves her aunt. Gabriela says that it is. She says that Martin is more like his mother than he would like to admit. Antonio asks her what she means. Gabriela adds that the way Martin is bonding with Dianna is the same way his mother is bonding with Ricardo. Antonio agrees.

 

Back at Hernan and Adrianna's house,

Both are caught off guard when Gisela turns to Adrianna and asks her, where her parents are. Gisela looks at Adrianna silently, waiting for an answer. Adrianna tells Gisela that they are both in heaven with the angels as well.

 

The next day, on Saturday,

At Martin's house,

Marianna is in the kitchen, making something for Dianna to eat. She is cutting up some fruit when she hears movement behind her. She turns and sees Martin. She ignores him and continues cutting the apples. He walks and stands by her side. He then puts a hand on her shoulder. She removes it and tries to walk past him. Martin holds her hand. She tries to struggle free but he doesn't let her go. Marianna glares at him. She tells him to leave her alone. Martin does and folds his hands. He asks her what he did. Marianna says that she has no idea what he means.

 

She adds that if he did anything he would know better than her. Martin says that it is clear that she is angry at him but he has no idea why. Marianna rolls her eyes and tells him that not everything is about him. Not wishing to continue talking to him, Marianna ignores him and continues with what she was doing. Martin asks her if she is excited for Dianna to meet her family. Marianna without looking at him, says that she is. Quietly, she finishes cutting the fruit and turns to leave, but Martin blocks her way. They look at each other.

 

Marianna doesn't try to struggle. Martin leans in and kisses her. Marianna kisses him back. She can't help it. She loved him. Martin wants to take things further and Marianna senses that. As hard as it was because she wanted him as much as he wanted her, she pulled back. As fast as it had disappeared, the scowl was back on Marianna's face. She tells Martin to never try and kiss her again or she will leave immediately. For the first time in a long time, she sees fear on his face. Martin folds his hands and asks Marianna what she means.

 

Elsewhere,

At Antonio and Gabriela's house,

Gabriela is in the kitchen alone. She is sipping a glass of water when her phone, which was on the kitchen counter, rings. She picks it up and frowns. It is an anonymous number. However, she answers it. It is Horacio. She tells him to leave her alone. Horacio says that he cannot do that because he loves her. Gabriela rolls her eyes. She tells him that he is crazy. Horacio ignores her and says that she also has something that is his. Gabriela asks him what he means.

 

Horacio says that she has his son. Gabriela sighs. She tells him to stop being hypocritical. She adds that he has never loved Ricardo. Horacio snickers. He asks Gabriela if she really wants her divorce. Gabriela asks him if he is stupid and whether he has been listening to her. She tells him to sign the papers. Horacio snickers again. He says that he will sign them but at a cost. Gabriela is confused and asks Horacio what he means. Horacio says that nothing in the world is free.

 

He adds that he will sign the papers but on his own terms. Gabriela remains silent. Horacio asks her if she is curious about what his terms are. Gabriela says that she really doesn't care. She says that she just wants to be free of him and Isabella for Good. Horacio ignores her again and says that he has two terms. He adds that the first term is that she has to hand him, Ricardo. Horacio pauses for maximum impact and to hear what Gabriela will say. Gabriela, however, maintains her silence. Meanwhile, Antonio has woken up. He sees that Gabriela is awake. He yawns and picks up his phone.
