EPISODE 101

Back at the mental hospital,

John is in the staff cafeteria, having lunch. He has flashbacks of Hector, and all of the times they have had together. He prays for him.

At the end of the day,

Martin, Aurelio, and Antonio go to the hospital, to get the results. Gina and Anna Patricia, go to Armando and Luisa's house to join Clara and Luisa. By this time, Gina is in pretty bad shape emotionally. She is a wreck.

At the mental hospital,

Aranza is with John in the garden. She is updating him on what she knows about Hector so far. He says that he hopes that Hector is fine. He says that Gina has had too much tragedy, and Hector is her only living blood family. Aranza agrees and says that the switching of the children, Emma's death, and all the pain was sad. John says that all that is sad, but he was talking about something else. Aranza asks him what he means. He says he was talking about Gina's life story. Aranza sighs inwardly and says that Adrianna said that nosiness, is bad, but she is curious.

She asks John what exactly he means. John says that on her last visit to see him, before she gave birth, she removed her jacket and he saw a butterfly tattoo on the upper part of her shoulder. He adds that he was curious about it, and asked her. She told him that she got a tattoo of a butterfly because that was what her father called her when she was a child. He adds that he then told her that he had a tattoo and she was curious about it, so he showed her. He adds that she was shocked, and he became concerned thinking she would go into labour anytime, but she said she had no labour pains.

He continues and says that on questioning Gina, she said that her reaction was due to shock because of the name on the tattoo. John then pauses and shows Aranza his tattoo, of the name Becky. John further adds that Gina asked him if there was somebody he loved named Becky or Rebecca, like maybe his wife, mother, or daughter. John says that he said that he wasn't sure because he doesn't remember who he is and that he probably got it when he was very young.

He adds that Gina admitted that the reason she was shocked was that her father had a similar tattoo written Becky, which was short for Rebecca, which was her mother's name. John adds that he asked her how her father died and Gina said that it was in a car accident nearly nineteen years ago, as of that time. John adds that he also asked her what happened to her mother and Gina said that she died after giving birth to her brother and then her. He finishes by saying that Gina then asked him if she could take pictures of his tattoo and he let her.

Meanwhile, Antonio, Martin and Aurelio are at the hospital,

They are in a private room, after having been given the results. Antonio has all the results ( for the four children) in his hands. He hands Dianna's envelope to Martin and Gisela's to Aurelio. He remains with the boys' results. He opens them and stares at the results shocked. Martin and Aurelio open the results for the girls. They too are shocked. It is one thing to hear or read something, but it is another to have actual proof. Antonio says that Hannibal's DNA result matches his while Ricardo's matches Horacio's just like Emma's note said. Martin says that Gisela Paulina is Hector's daughter. Aurelio says that Diana is Alejandro's daughter.

Aurelio says that given what Isabella and her friends have proved they can do, he wouldn't put them being followed or even Isabella and her friends, bribing or threatening someone to tell them what they ( Martin, Antonio, and Aurelio) were doing there. Antonio knows that Aurelio has a point. He says that he is unsure about them ( Aranza and Aurelio) keeping the results, and he wouldn't want to endanger them. Antonio then adds that he lives with the chief mastermind of everything that has happened, and he doesn't think him keeping the evidence, is a good idea. Martin says that he will keep it.

The next day,

At the hospital, Hector is still in bad shape. He is slipping in and out of consciousness.

Meanwhile, Antonio gets a picture of Hector from Martin. The two of them and Aurelio go to the police station with the picture.

Two days later,

Martin is at work when he receives a call, from the police informing him that Hector has been found and that he is in hospital, in a serious condition. He is, of course, shocked and saddened.

Meanwhile, Gina is at her desk, when she gets another feeling. She prays internally to God to help her brother wherever he is. Just then her phone rings, and it is John (her father Gabriel). Gina takes a deep breath, to calm herself down, and then picks up his phone call. He asks her if there is any news on Hector. Gina in a shaky voice, says that there is nothing, new and they still don't know where he is.

Later at lunch,

Martin meets everyone, at a fairly private area of the cafeteria. He tells them that they found Hector. On hearing her brother's name, Gina asks Martin where he is, and if he is fine. Martin tells her to relax and assures her that he is fine. He adds that Hector is in a serious but stable condition, in a nearby hospital. Aranza asks Martin what happened, to him.

Martin says that he was found in an alley badly beaten and shot. Adrianna asks him where he was shot. Martin replies and says that it was on the leg. He adds that it was the physical injuries from the beatings that were much more serious, and that made him slip in and out of consciousness. Gina says that they should tell everyone else because she is sure they must be worried too.

Sometime later,

Anna Patricia calls John. He is happy, to see her phone call, but can sense her worry. He asks her about it. She says that Hector was found, but that he is in the hospital injured. John asks her how he got injured. Anna Patricia tells herself that she doesn't want to stress him because she is afraid he is still fragile. He says that he doesn't like being treated like an egg, and people withholding information, from him, especially if it concerns people he loves.

Anna Patricia sighs inwardly. She tells him that Hector was beaten, and shot in one leg. She adds that he is serious but stable, and has been slipping in and out of consciousness. John is sad. A sadness he can't explain. He loves Hector like his own son. He says that he would like to visit him. Anna Patricia tells herself that it might be risky because somebody might recognize him. John asks her if visiting Hector will be a problem.

Meanwhile, at the hospital,

Hector is in a state of semi-consciousness. He also keeps on calling for his sister but doesn't mention a name. The nurse administering the medicine says that the medicines must be making him delirious.

Elsewhere,

Anna Patricia tells John that of course there isn't a reason why he can't visit Hector. John tells himself that her silence tells a lot, and makes him believe even more that something is going on. John tells Anna Patricia that he would like to visit Hector in the next two to three days. Anna Patricia says that will be fine.

Later,

Everyone (who cares) is at the hospital, to check on Hector. Some are sitting, some are standing, but all are anxiously waiting for news. Adrianna, says to herself that she just wants to be happy with him and their daughter, and then silently prays. Gina remembers when they were eight and they were abandoned in the forest. Hector climbed trees to get them food and took care of her when she got malaria before Armando and Luisa found them. He also found them shelter.

She also remembers when they were almost fifteen, and she panicked, because she didn't know how to dance, and she was afraid of looking like a fool while dancing. Hector had said he would teach her. She was shocked and asked him why. He shrugs and says that she is his sister, and he doesn't want to see her feel bad or uncomfortable. She then smiles and hugs him.

Just then, the doctor comes, and they all look at him expectantly. Luisa asks him how Hector is. The doctor says that not much has changed. He adds that Hector's condition is still serious. He then says that he keeps on asking for his sister. Total, silence follows this statement. Gina is filled with fear. She asks, herself how they will explain her brother's comment. Meanwhile, Antonio, who is standing against a pillar is stunned. He asks himself what Hector means when he says his sister.

He admits that he really doesn't know anything about Gina's past or her family. Aranza remembers John telling her about Gina's mother dying after giving birth to her brother and her. She asks herself if any of it has anything to do with Hector asking for his sister. She then pauses and asks herself if Hector and Gina are siblings. Martin tells the doctor that Hector only has a cousin and not a sister.

The doctor says it's possible that due to the injuries, and the medicine he is being given, he is likely to be delirious from time to time. Just then Gina receives a phone call. She checks her phone, and it is Horacio. She ignores the call. Antonio knows it is Horacio, from her reaction. It bothers him even more than usual especially now that they know everything Horacio and his friends have done. He tells himself that soon enough the truth will be out, and he can get Gina back, where she belongs, by his side.

Shortly after,

Alejandro is in his home office. He has been trying to call Adrianna. He tells himself that he is sure that the reason she isn't picking up his calls is that she is at the hospital visiting Hector. He says that he will have to make the rules clear when she returns.

Meanwhile,

Gina has gone to visit Hector. He is under a medically induced coma. She moves closer and watches her brother laying on the bed fighting for his life. When she reaches near him, she kisses his forehead and cries a little. She tells him to keep on fighting because many people love him. She adds that she loves him too and that he is the bravest person she knows.

She adds that she doesn't know if he can hear her, but he is her pillar of strength and her best friend, and she will always be grateful to him for always being there for her whenever she needed him. She adds that they argue a lot, and she might not have told him but she loves him. Antonio who had come to check on her, and was standing at the door, leaves unnoticed.

Meanwhile,

Marianna arrives. Adrianna cannot stand the sight of her, especially after what they have just learnt. Marianna meanwhile, glares at her and asks her why she is there and she is nobody in Hector's life. Anna Patricia tells her that they are in a hospital and that, she should respect the place and herself. Marianna tells her that, she isn't anyone to tell her what to do.

Martin glares at Marianna and moves closer to her. He tells her that she will respect his mother whether she wants to or not. He adds that if she doesn't respect where they are, he will personally kick her out before security arrives. Marianna glares at him irritatedly but says nothing. Martin adds that she can either visit Hector or leave.

Meanwhile,

Antonio is at the cafeteria. He is drinking a cup of coffee. He remembers, hearing Gina say that Hector is her source of strength and her pillar. He has to admit that bothers him a bit. He says to himself that should be him.

Meanwhile,

Gina is back with everyone else. She asks where Antonio, Adrianna, Aranza, and Aurelio are. Luisa says that Antonio went to the cafeteria, and Adrianna went with Aurelio and Aranza to pray. Anna Patricia looks around then tells them that her (Gina) father wants to visit Hector. Gina asks if it is safe. She says that she is afraid someone might recognize him.

Anna Patricia reminds Gina that her father is stubborn and since he is close to remembering things, denying him such a request will seem more suspicious. Ramon says that they should then try to disguise him a bit. Clara asks if it won't seem suspicious to him (John/ Gabriel) if they ask him to disguise himself. Armando says not necessarily because it depends on how well they come up with their story.

The next day, on a Tuesday,

At Alejandro and Adrianna's house, Alejandro is dressed and ready to grill Adrianna about, her visiting Hector the previous day. Adrianna shrugs and says that there isn't anything to talk about that. Alejandro grabs her hand and says that she has no ties to Hector and shouldn't visit him. Adrianna outwardly remains calm, but inwardly calls Alejandro a fool, saying that, she knows that the children, were switched, so her real daughter is Hector's.

Something hits her. Adrianna says that Hector is a nice person with no enemies, and his accident is quite suspicious. Alejandro asks her why that should be his problem. Adrianna says that the only person, who would want to harm Hector is him. Alejandro grabs her hand and asks her what she is talking about. Adrianna tells him that she just finds it all weird.

Meanwhile, at Gina and Horacio's house,

Horacio is also making a big scandal out of Gina staying late. He says that it wasn't proper for her to stay late and return after he slept. Gina folds her arms and tells him that she called him back and told him she would be late. She then adds that he was unreasonable then and he still is. Horacio grabs her not too gently.

He tells her that she shouldn't forget her responsibilities as his wife. Gina tells him that he is a chore and obligation, she is tolerating, and she won't abandon those she genuinely loves because of him. Horacio tells her that he has been too lenient with her. Gina tells him that she isn't his slave, and tries to wiggle out of his grasp, but he doesn't let her go.

EPISODE 100

Meanwhile,

Adrianna is sitting in the garden, just thinking about everything that has happened, and what they have just discovered. She remembers kissing Hector and she says that things were not going to get any easier. She wonders how things would be from there.

At the end of the day,

Gina, Aranza, and Anna Patricia have gone to the hospital to visit John. They are in the garden waiting for him. Anna Patricia looks at both Gina and Aranza and asks them what is going on, and what Hector is up to. Aranza says it's a long story. Gina glares at her sister. Aranza shrugs and tells Gina that Anna Patricia is her family, and anyway soon enough people will know the truth anyway.

Anna Patricia asks them what they are up to because Martin wouldn't tell her anything either. Before either Gina or Aranza can say anything, John arrives. After greeting each one of them he looks at Aranza and asks her what is going on. Aranza looks at Gina. Gina rolls her eyes but tells her aunt and John that she will tell them everything.

Elsewhere,

Luisa hears a knock on the door and goes to open it. She is shocked to see Antonio and Hector but lets them in. They move and go to the dining room. Clara who was in the second bedroom hears the voices and wants to see who has come. She too is a little surprised, but goes and hugs both Hector and Antonio and calls them my boys. She then folds her arms and asks them how they got there so early on a workday. Hector says that they had errands to run, and had left work early. Clara repeats the word errands, in an, I- don't -believe -you- tone.

She then looks at Antonio and asks him what shenanigans, her grandson (Hector) has got him upto. Antonio smiles. Clara is such an interesting grandmother. Hector tells Clara that he is not up to anything. Luisa tells Clara to stop interrogating the boys. She then gets up and says that she will get them some juice. Antonio says that it is fine, and he will do it. Luisa thanks him, as he goes to the kitchen. Clara meanwhile tells Luisa that she doesn't interrogate. Rosa Milagros wakes up and cries, and Clara says that she will go and get her.

Back at the mental hospital,

Gina has just finished explaining to John and Anna Patricia, about Emma's letter. They are of course shocked. They can hardly believe what has happened. Anna Patricia asks them what their plans are. Gina says that Hector and Martin, are going to take the samples that they got from the children and do DNA tests. She then adds that this is a backup, in case Isabella or one of her friends tries to interfere with the official results.

She also adds that additionally, they plan to sue for temporary custody of both the children as the legal issues are sorted out. John asks them what legal issues they are talking about. Gina says that divorce, for one, but that they haven't talked about much else, beyond that. Aranza adds that not many people know about it, and they want to keep it a secret until they do their DNA tests.

Back at Luisa and Armando's,

Hector has just told them everything, including what (little) they have agreed to do so far. Both Luisa and Clara are shocked. Clara, tells them that they need to deal with this carefully, and protect the girls. Antonio assures them that they will do everything to keep Adrianna and Gina safe.

Luisa says that they shouldn't forget, about the children, and that they should do all they can to make sure that Marianna and Isabella don't get their children back because they have proved that they don't care about them. Hector assures them that they will.

Back at the mental hospital,

John tells Gina that they will all be there, for her. She wipes away a loose tear, and he goes and hugs her. Anna Patricia tells herself that there will be rivalry again between the twins like when they were younger, and they were constantly bickering. She adds that Gina was probably her father's favourite child and she is trying to make sure, that she remains that way. She continues and says that Aranza and Hector won't like it. Aranza looks at them and says that it feels like they have known each other forever because they have a strong bond. She adds that Gina treats him like a loved uncle or a father.

Later at night,

Hector, is returning to the house, after having bought sugar, when he is accosted by a group of thug-looking men, in a fairly dim alley. He tries to defend himself but they are too many and overpower him. He is beaten and bundled up into their car.

A little later, at Gina and Horacio's house,

She is in her room with her son, Hannibal (in reality Isabella's son, Ricardo, because the children were switched). She is playing with him, when she gets a bad feeling, and clutches her chest. She closes her eyes for a second and says that she has to check up on her brother. She kisses the child and tells herself that he may not be her son but she will do all she can to ensure that he is always safe and protected.

She puts the baby down and tells him that she has to check up on his uncle. She picks up her phone and dials Hector's number. The call goes through but no one answers the phone. She tries a couple more times and then sighs. She says that she doesn't want to call Marianna, but she has to find out where Hector is.

Meanwhile in a dingy, dark street,

The thugs have let Hector out of the car and are beating him up again. He winces and cries in pain, and asks them to tell him who is paying them to beat him. One of them, most likely the leader, tells him to keep quiet. He tells Hector that he will learn to keep off what doesn't belong to him and respect other people's possessions. They continue beating Hector, and a gunshot is heard. Hector has been shot in the foot. The leader tells Hector that the shot was just an example of what would happen to him if he remains stubborn.

Meanwhile, at Hector and Marianna's house.

Marianna looks at her phone and is surprised to see Gina calling. She asks herself what she could want with her, but picks. Gina asks her if Hector is there. Marianna says that she is Hector's wife, not his babysitter and that she (Gina) should call him. Gina rolls her eyes and tells Marianna that she isn't stupid and has done that, but she couldn't find him.

Marianna says that he went out to buy sugar.

She adds that he probably ran into friends or his phone is out of charge. Gina asks Marianna how long it has been since he went out. Marianna says it has been quite some time. She adds that he should have been back by now. Gina says that even if he ran into friends, or his phone ran out of battery, he should have called by now. She insists that something is wrong with Hector.

Meanwhile at Antonio's house,

He is carrying his son Ricardo (In reality Hannibal, because the babies were switched). He is in his home office with him. He tells himself that he is going to reunite Gina with their son and that he will do anything he can to make them into a family again. The baby smiles, and Antonio tells himself that he has Gina's smile. He adds that despite the mistakes he has made, his son is one of his greatest gifts. Ricardo (Hannibal) in that simple baby way tells Antonio that he wants milk. Antonio carries him and tells him that they are going to get milk and he smiles.

The next day,

A woman in her mid-thirties is walking down an alley when she notices the bloodied body of a man lying there. She stares at it for a second and screams. She then calls one of the nearby hospital emergency numbers.

Later at Montes De Alba Inc.,

Gina and Martin are at the cafeteria. He asks her why she wanted to talk to him so urgently. She says that she is worried about Hector. Martin asks her why she is worried. Gina looks around then whispers, that her twin sense tells her that something happened to her brother. She adds that she has been trying to call him since the previous day but without success. Martin asks her if she called Marianna.

Gina says she called the previous day, and Marianna said that Hector had stepped out to buy sugar, but hadn't returned yet. Gina adds that she called Marianna again in the morning and Hector still hadn't returned. Martin holds her hands and says that he will help her. Gina adds that she has called Hector again and the phone is off, and he hasn't arrived at work. Martin comforts her.

Meanwhile, at the hospital,

Hector has been taken to the emergency room. He has been pretty badly injured. The doctor says to himself that it will be a miracle if this one survives. He asks if any relatives have arrived. The nurse says that no identification or contacts were found on him.

Back at Montes De Alba Inc.,

Marianna is at her desk. She tries to call Hector again but to no avail. She asks herself what could have happened to him.

Meanwhile,

Alejandro is in his office. He says that Hector, should, now learn to keep off Adrianna, because there will be further consequences.

Meanwhile,

Martin calls his mother and tells her about Hector. She is of course worried. She says that she will tell his grandparents, aunt, and uncle. She also asks him to update her in case of anything.

Meanwhile,

Aurelio and Aranza have also been told about Hector's disappearance. They are in the cafeteria. He tells her that Hector will be fine. Aranza says that none of them can be sure, and that worries her. She adds that she loves Hector like an older brother and he has always treated her like a younger sister and doesn't want anything to happen to him. Just then Gina comes and joins them.

Aurelio tells her that Antonio was asking if they should go for the results even as they search for Hector. Gina pauses for a second. Aurelio says that he hopes that she remembers, that Antonio would have done it himself, but given how sensitive things are at the moment, he sent him. Gina says she understands Antonio. She adds that Martin and Antonio should go for them, despite Hector missing.

Meanwhile at Armando and Luisa's house,

Clara is as usual there to help Luisa take care of Rosa Milagros. Rosa is peacefully sleeping in her cot. Luisa is sitting in a chair opposite Clara. She is stressed because of what happened to Hector. She loved him like her own son. She remembers the day she and her husband found the children abandoned, weak, sick, hungry, and tired in the forest. She has loved him and his sister since. Clara comes and holds her hands and tells her to have faith that they will find Hector soon. Luisa smiles at her mother-in-law. Luisa says that she loves him and his sister, and is afraid for him.

Clara says she also feels the same way, but they need to have faith. Luisa tells Clara that her fear is also about the evidence they found about the baby switch. She says that if Isabella and her friends, were capable of drugging Gina, Adrianna, Antonio, and Hector, baby switching, as well as murder, they could probably hurt Hector. Clara says that they wouldn't know about the paper because the children were careful, and it doesn't make sense why they would target Hector over it. Luisa says that maybe it was to scare, everyone else.

She adds that what she does know is that Hector is a good boy with no enemies. Clara makes a hmm sound. Luisa looks at her mother-in-law and asks her what she is up to. Clara says that while Hector is a good boy, she knows somebody, who would want to harm him. Luisa asks who it is. Clara says that it's Alejandro. She adds that he is crazy, and has always been jealous of Hector because Adrianna loves him. Luisa asks why he would try to do anything now all of a sudden to Hector. Clara says that he is crazy and that only he knows.

Shortly after,

Anna Patricia, calls John. He is happy to see her call but quickly picks up on the worry in her voice. He asks, her what's wrong. She says that Hector is missing. John is afraid for Hector. He asks how Gina is. Anna Patricia, says that given how much she loves him, she is shaken. Anna Patricia says that she has to help wherever she is needed. John says that he understands. Anna Patricia says that Aranza might come though that isn't a guarantee. He says he doesn't mind if no one comes, given what has just happened.

Back at the hospital,

Hector is slipping in and out of consciousness. He keeps on saying that he wants to see, his sister. The doctors are resuscitating him.

Meanwhile, at lunch,

Gina, Antonio, Adrianna, Aranza, Aurelio, and Martin are at the cafeteria. Aranza says that she will go to visit John since Gina and Anna Patricia won't be going. Everyone looks at her. Aranza shrugs and says that if that's where she can help she will. Antonio looks at Gina, and it pains him, to see her that way. He tells himself that he will do everything, he can to find Hector. Antonio says that he was thinking that he, Martin, and Aurelio should, go for the results and that they should be safely kept at Aurelio and Aranza's place until they find Hector, and then they can deal with whatever the results say.

Antonio adds that tomorrow, he, Aurelio, and Martin can then begin looking for Hector around the nearby hospitals if he will not have been found or have come back. Everyone agrees. Martin adds that they should make a list of all the nearby hospitals and go with Hector's picture on the search. Gina silently prays to God to take care of her brother, wherever he is. She adds that they may fight often, but she loves him very much.

EPISODE 99

Back With Isabella and company,

Alejandro tells everyone else that their people have told him that no one has left the house yet. Marianna says that if something is happening, she wouldn't be surprised if Aurelio and Aranza have something to do with it. Isabella asks her why she says so. Marianna says that Aranza loves Hector and Gina, while Aurelio loves Adrianna and Antonio, and would love to see all of them back together again. She adds that Aurelio is Antonio's cousin anyway.

Horacio agrees and says that between the two of them, they could come up with ways of getting them back together. Alejandro says that they shouldn't do anything for the moment but monitor because there isn't much those pesky children can do. He adds that despite the meeting, nothing will happen, and they won't allow Adrianna to get back with Hector or Gina with Antonio. They then toast to that.

Back at Antonio's friends' place,

Hector and Adrianna are in a bedroom. She has just regained consciousness. He asks her how she feels. Adrianna says that she is fine. She adds that she just wants water. Hector pours her water from a jug that was on a nearby table, into a glass. Adrianna sips some water. He watches her with concern. Adrianna sees him and assures him that she is fine.

She adds that they have to get back to everyone and deal with what they have just learnt. Hector says that the rest can deal with everything, and inform them of whatever they agree on. He adds that she needs to rest. Adrianna looks at him like he is crazy and stands up. She says that her daughter was exchanged, and she has to be involved in dealing with it. She then tries to leave but Hector holds her and pulls her back to him. They stare at each other.

Hector tells her that this concerns him too because Gisela Paulina is his daughter as well, but her wellbeing is important too. Adrianna says that the shock was quite strong, but they cannot avoid dealing with this. She adds that he can't shield her from reality because things aren't about to get any easier. Hector reluctantly relents. Despite everything going on, he is unable to prevent himself from kissing her and does so. How much he has missed her. Adrianna kisses him back.

Back at the hospital,

Anna Patricia is standing and she stares in the opposite direction. She doesn't know what to do. Of course, she loves him but can she handle disappointment another time? Or is love just not for her? John stands and taps her shoulder. She turns to face him. He says that she still hasn't given him an answer. She says that she needs time to think. He asks her if she is uncomfortable with who he is, and his condition, and would be embarrassed by him. She increases the distance between them and says that she just genuinely needs to think.

She adds that she hasn't been too lucky with relationships, and has given up. He asks why she would give up. She says that Martin's father died when he was an infant, and all other relationships have failed since then, mostly because she couldn't have other children. He says that at his age, he would be happy to spend the rest of his life by her side, enjoying spending time with Hector and Gina's children, as well as both Martin and Aurelio's future children. John adds that they will then send them back to their parents after. Anna Patricia smiles.

Back at Antonio's,

Adrianna comes out and apologizes for her reaction. Aurelio says that no one has taken any offence and that they are just happy she is fine. Adrianna admits that the reason she fainted wasn't entirely because of what they learnt but because of something it made her realize. Hector looks at her worriedly and asks her what she is talking about. Adrianna says that when Marianna's daughter fell seriously sick, Isabella came to see her and threatened, that she wouldn't do anything to save the child if she ( Adrianna) didn't break up with Hector.

Adrianna says that she couldn't let the child die, because she was just a poor victim of Marianna and Isabella's schemes. She adds that knowing what they now know, the thought that her daughter's life was used as a bargaining tool is too scary to imagine. Everyone is shocked. How could Isabella, Marianna, Horacio, and Alejandro be so callous, as to play around with the life of an innocent child? Gina says that this whole incident raises another possibility. Aranza asks her what she is talking about.

Gina says that the health complications Gisela received could have been partly caused or worsened by what was done to Adrianna and her. She adds that for all they know the people who did it, might not have known what they were doing, and even if they did, they were probably in a hurry and made mistakes. Antonio says that it's possible. He couldn't imagine that harm almost came to two of the most important women in his life and that Isabella was a part of it. He tells himself that it's going to be a herculean task to go back to the house, and pretend nothing is wrong, and not be tempted to let her know that he knows just how evil she is.

Martin reminds everyone that Isabella and her cronies will most likely deny any involvement in the drugging, baby switching, or murder. He adds that all they can do initially is to try to work towards divorces and getting the children back. Aranza agrees with him and adds that she thinks that switching the babies isn't an option because Isabella and Marianna switched them proving they never loved the children. Adrianna says that she agrees to that. She adds that she will willingly take care of both girls as the legal issues are sorted out. She adds that despite what they are all going through, the children's welfare comes first, and they have to be kept safe.

Back at the mental hospital,

Anna Patricia, is still by the window, with John, behind her. She then takes a few steps away from him and sits down. He asks her what she is afraid of. She looks at him and asks him what he is talking about. He says that he is very sure, that she loves him, but can't understand what she is afraid of. She tells herself that the list is endless and complicated.

She adds that she is afraid of another heartbreak, she knows Helena will cause trouble because he is still an heir, he still doesn't know who he is, and she does but it's not her place to tell him among others. John ( Gabriel) stands in front of her and tells himself that he knows that there is much more she isn't telling him and that whatever it is, Gina and Hector are part of it. He says that he has to know what it is.

Back at Antonio's,

Gina says she will gladly take care of both boys. She adds that they can't allow the children to be affected or used as pawns any further. Antonio says that they have to be prepared, because knowing just what kind of evil they are up against, there will be tough times ahead. He adds that Isabella or even one of her other accomplices will try to twist facts on anyone of them.

Aranza says since there is no doubt that they are dealing with crazy people, they needed an alibi. She says that they should all stick with the story that she was angry at Aurelio and threw a tantrum and called everyone as an attention-seeking ploy, just in case one of those crazy people asks or is spying on them. Aranza shrugs as everyone quietly looks at her. She continues and says that everyone will say that she got angry because Aurelio wanted her to do chores.

Hector looks at Aranza and shakes his head. He tells himself that the craziness his sisters, come up with never ceases to amaze him. He says that he has drama queens for sisters. He then looks at Gina and smiles. She understands what he means and glares at him. Antonio watches the interaction between the two and asks himself just what is going on.

The next morning, on Wednesday,

At Adrianna's and Alejandro's house,

Adrianna takes a glass of water and takes a few sips. She sheds some tears as she remembers what she learnt yesterday. She says that she has to be strong for the girls. She then turns and is shocked to see Alejandro. He asks her how she is. She tells herself that she wants nothing more than to take Diana, and never see Alejandro again but she can't, yet and she has to keep on seeing his vile face. Out loud, she says that she is just a little exhausted. He says that he wants to talk to her.

She asks him what he wants them to talk about. He says that they should give Gisela a sibling and have another child. Adrianna looks at him like he is crazy. Internally, she says that he is a shameless fool, to suggest something like that when he knows very well that the child they have been raising, isn't Gisela Paulina but Diana, his and Marianna's daughter. Out loud however she says that they will think about it some other time.

Later at work,

Martin is about to leave the garden after having some fresh air when he sees Marianna. He glares at her with killer eyes then moves past her. Marianna is shocked. She asks herself what's up with Martin because he has been acting very weird towards her. She adds that he is very cold, and threatening towards her.

Elsewhere at the mental hospital,

John pauses and puts some boxes he was carrying down. He remembers, admitting to Anna Patricia that he loved her. He says that he will do everything he can to win her over. Just then his phone rings. He looks at it and sees that it is Gina. He picks it up and almost immediately from her voice he can sense that something, is wrong. He asks her how she is. Gina insists that she is fine, but a gut feeling tells him she isn't. He asks her what happened when she went out with her cousins to deal with the work-related things they were to do. Gina says it went well.

John says he doesn't believe a word she said, and he is sure that she, Aranza, and Hector were up to something. Gina smiles and tells herself that is exactly how Aranza, would act. Gina is unable to lie, the weight and severity of what she just learnt was too much to bear. She can't even think of an appropriate lie. John asks, her again what it is. She says that it's nothing, she can't handle. He says that he can tell that she called him for a reason. Gina insists that she only called him to greet him and see how he was.

Meanwhile, Adrianna and Hector run into each other, on the stairs. They look at each other, for a few seconds, before Adrianna stretches out her hand to greet him. He accepts it, and as if under a spell of love, kisses it. Unknown to them, Alejandro has seen them. He fumes and watches Hector smile at Adrianna and then walk up the stairs. Adrianna smiles at his retreating body and walks down. Alejandro vows to teach him a lesson so that he can leave Adrianna alone. He says that Adrianna is his and his alone.

Meanwhile,

Aranza is in the ladies room, retouching her makeup, near the mirror, when Isabella comes in. Aranza ignores her and continues. Isabella is, however, happy to find Aranza alone and unprotected. She tells herself that the little one is unprotected and vulnerable. Aranza finishes returns everything and tries to leave, but Isabella prevents her from leaving and says that they have to talk. No matter how much Aranza struggles, she can't get away from Isabella, who only tightens her grip.

Aranza tells Isabella that she is hurting her. Isabella says that she is capable of worse if she (Aranza) interferes in her relationship with Antonio. Aranza tells Isabella, that she has no idea what she means. Isabella tells Aranza, not to play stupid. Isabella then tells Aranza that she knows that she is close to Gina and wants her back with Antonio. Aranza tells herself that Isabella is crazy. Just then someone enters. It is Gina. Aranza uses the opportunity to get away from Isabella.

Meanwhile,

Alejandro is in his office. He remembers the scene where Hector kisses Adrianna. He says that he has to teach Hector a lesson. He adds that he will never allow Hector and Adrianna to be happy together. He then picks up his phone and dials a number.

Meanwhile,

Anna Patricia's phone rings. It's John. She is at work. She remembers his declaration of love and hesitates. She tells herself that she hopes he isn't going to pressure her. He calls again when she doesn't pick up. Eventually, she does. He asks her how she is, and she says she is fine. He says that she is beautiful. Anna Patricia fumbles and he says he wasn't calling, to remind her how beautiful he is. He says that he needs her help.

She asks him what is going on. He says that he needs her to check up on Gina. Anna Patricia asks him why he is concerned about her. John, tells her about Gina calling him. He says that he is concerned about her because she sounded distressed. He asks her where Hector and Gina went yesterday. Anna Patricia says they didn't tell her much either. She said that they had some private errands to run, and she left them to it.

Back at Montes De Alba inc,

Aranza goes and stands by Gina's side. Gina glares at Isabella. She asks, Aranza what's going on. Aranza says that she was retouching her makeup when Isabella, came in and started threatening her saying that she was plotting to bring her ( Gina ) and Antonio back together again. Aranza then adds that Isabella also said that she is capable of doing anything to her ( Aranza) if she interferes in her relationship with Antonio. Gina moves and stands toe to toe with Isabella, and tells Isabella to never threaten Aranza again. Isabella tells Gina to mind her own business and not bother with the lies of that little brat ( Aranza ).

Gina slaps Isabella and warns her to keep off Aranza and to never threaten her. Isabella, tells Gina that, she can see just how crazy she is. Gina tells Isabella, that she doesn't care what she thinks, as long as she doesn't threaten to harm those she loves. Gina tells Aranza to take her bag and follow her. After Aranza has taken her bag, Gina looks at Isabella and says that she has been warned. After Gina and Aranza leave, Isabella says that she isn't afraid of Gina. She then adds that she finds it weird how Gina protected Aranza. She continues and says that it was like she was protecting a family member.

Meanwhile, Martin is in a lift alone, going three floors up. His phone rings. It's his mother, so he picks up. He tells himself that most likely, she wants to ask him questions about something. Anna Patricia, asks Martin if he knows where Hector and Gina went. Martin doesn't answer his mother, and she asks him again. He says that she will know soon enough, and adds that some conversations aren't to be had through the phone. Anna Patricia tells him that he is making her worry. Martin tells her to relax. He says that they will tell her soon.

EPISODE 98

Back at Aurelio and Aranza's house,

They have both just finished reading the letter and listening to the tape. They are beyond shocked. Aranza asks Aurelio what they should do. He says that they shouldn't be the ones to deal with this. He says that they should hand it to Hector, Martin, and Antonio because this is explosive and is beyond them. Aranza agrees. She says that she can't believe Isabella and her gang could be so heartless. Aurelio adds that what angers him most is that Adrianna, Gina, and the babies could have been hurt.

Aranza says it angers her too. She then says that despite all that has happened, they need to be calm and do what is best for the children. Aurelio says that it will be a complicated process to switch the children back. Aranza looks at him like he was crazy. She says that Marianna and Isabella exchanged their own children and don't deserve them back. She adds that after what they did, it is clear that they don't love their children at all. Aurelio agrees.

Two days later, on Monday,

At Montes De Alba Inc,

Aurelio has gone to Antonio's office. He asks Antonio if he could come over if he isn't busy because Aranza and him (Aurelio) want to talk to him. Antonio looks at his cousin suspiciously. He asks him if something has happened to either him or Aranza. Aurelio says that they are both fine. He then adds that Aranza is going to look for Martin and Hector as well.

Antonio looks at Aurelio again and asks him if he is fine. Aurelio says he is. Antonio asks him why they want to talk to him, Martin and Hector. Aurelio tells him to come, because it is important but to invent an excuse if anyone asks him. Antonio asks again what is going on. Aurelio says that work isn't the place to discuss personal issues.

Meanwhile,

Aranza has arrived at the cafeteria, where Hector told her, he was. He was with Martin. She greets them both and sits down. Hector says that she came there quite quickly after she called to ask him where he was. Aranza says it was because they were both here, and she needed to talk to them both. Martin asks her what she did. Aranza says that despite what lies Antonio and Hector may have spread about her, she is a good girl. She says that she and Aurelio want to talk to the two of them and Antonio. She says that Aurelio went to talk to Antonio. Hector asks them if they are both okay.

Aranza says they are. Martin asks her why she insists on meeting him, Hector and Antonio if they are both okay. Aranza says that they are at work and they can't talk about personal issues. Martin looks at her suspiciously, and Hector says that if something is wrong she should tell them (Hector and Martin) and they will help her. Aranza sighs and tells Hector, to stop being so stubborn. She says that they will know when they come. She folds her hands and asks them if they are coming. Martin and Hector both agree to come.

Back with Antonio and Aurelio,

Antonio tells himself that Aranza and Aurelio are either upto something or something has happened to one of them. He says that he will go just to make sure that everything is okay with both of them. He then tells Aurelio that. Aurelio sees Antonio's skeptical look and tells him to relax because everything is okay.

At the mental hospital,

John has another flashback of the young boy with his mother. This time they are at their house. He again asks himself why the child's mother looks like Gina. He asks himself if he is the child, Gabriel. He then says that if Gina looks like his mother, Gina and Hector are somehow connected to him, and are the key to uncovering his past.

Sometime later at Montes De Alba Inc,

Antonio is with Hector and Martin, at the cafeteria. They are discussing Aranza and Aurelio's strange request. Martin asks Antonio if he is going. Antonio says he is. He adds that they should check on them (Aranza and Aurelio) just to make sure nothing is wrong and they aren't upto anything. Hector agrees and says that he will also come. Martin says he will as well.

Meanwhile, Aranza is about to enter a lift, when she sees Adrianna and Gina in it. She momentarily looks at them freezes, then enters. Gina asks Aranza if she is fine. Aranza assures them she is. Adrianna asks her why she looked at them like she had seen a ghost. Aranza pouts and tells them they are being dramatic. Adrianna asks Aranza if she is upto something or she is in trouble. Aranza pouts and says that she is a good girl.

Gina asks Aranza if she has seen Hector. Aranza says she talked to him and Martin sometime earlier, at the cafeteria, but she hasn't seen him since then. Gina tells herself that she has a feeling her brother and sister are upto something because they are different sides of the same sneaky trouble magnet coin.

The rest of the day passes and at the end of the working day, Hector, Martin, and Antonio leave in Antonio's car, for Aurelio and Aranza's house. Aranza and Aurelio had already left earlier, and so Antonio, Hector, and Martin find them at their home. Antonio asks Aranza and Aurelio why they look so serious. Aurelio says it's because they called them there to deal with a serious matter. Hector asks Aurelio what it is. Aranza removes a letter and tape from a basket and places them on the table.

Martin asks Aranza what is in the letter and tape. Aurelio says that he will let Aranza explain because she found them. Aranza says that a couple of days ago, she found them while arranging the cupboards in their bedroom. She adds that Emma left them, probably a few days before she died. They are all shocked, especially Martin. He musters up some courage and asks what it is. Aurelio says that it is better if they hear it. Aranza asks Martin if she should play the tape. He says it's fine. He adds that if they can get one step closer to finding Justice for Emma, a little discomfort is worth it.

Meanwhile:

Carlos and Juan Patricio are at one of their secret hideouts, overseeing some of their illegal businesses. They are inspecting their smuggled products.

Back at Aranza and Aurelio's house,

The tape, where Emma is heard saying what she knows has already been played. Neither Antonio, Martin nor Hector say anything for a little while. Aurelio says that they have to consider the fact that this could be the reason Emma was killed. Antonio says that he doesn't want either Gina or Adrianna living with such monsters. He adds that either they or the children could have been harmed or died in the process of the schemes. Aranza adds that the tape and letter aren't enough proof that Isabella and her cronies did anything and that even with a DNA test they will only be able to prove that the children were switched.

Antonio says that he should handle telling Gina and Hector says that he will handle telling Adrianna. Martin, however, suggests that Antonio tells Adrianna, and Hector tells Gina to keep them safe and avoid Isabella, and her friends from suspecting anything and tampering with their plans. Hector knows that Martin has a point, no matter how hard it will be. He wants nothing more than to be by Adrianna's side. He knows how hard, finding this out will be for her because she is so sensitive. Aranza says that she thinks that it will be better, if they get Adrianna and Gina in one place, and tell them.

Meanwhile, John is in his room. He has another flashback, in it, he is with a boy and girl who are both about five years old. In it, he calls them Hernan and Gabriela. John asks himself who they are. He asks himself if they are his children. He then remembers that Hector and Gina's names start with similar letters and they are practically the same age.

John says that he is sure Hector and Gina are connected to his past, because Gina looks like the woman he is sure is his mother, while Hector, looks exactly like the man he thinks is his grandfather. He asks himself if it is a coincidence that Hector and Gina also have names that start with H and G.

Back at Aranza and Aurelio's house,

Hector asks Aranza exactly what she means. Aranza says that it will be better if he ( Hector) and Antonio, work together to bring Adrianna and Gina together, so that they can all meet in one place, and agree on what to do, and on how to be communicating. Hector says that it's a good idea as well. Martin meanwhile cannot believe everything they have just learned.

The next day, on Tuesday

At Montes De Alba inc,

Gina is with her brother, in the office garden. Gina knows something is going on. She knows her brother too well. Hector asks her what she wanted to interrogate him about. Gina rolls her eyes. She apologises for answering him rudely and being bossy. She said she had to do it, to make Horacio think they were arguing otherwise he would suspect something if they talk secretly. Hector asks Gina if Horacio has ever laid a finger on her. Hector adds that if he has, he (Hector) will teach him a lesson because she is his little sister, and he won't allow anyone to mistreat her.

Gina smiles at him and assures her he hasn't. She then says that she isn't his little sister, because they are twins and they are equal. Hector says that she can lie to herself if she wants, then asks her what she wanted to interrogate him about. Gina says that he is up to something, and she wants to know. When Hector remembers what Aranza and Aurelio told him, Martin and Antonio, yesterday, he doesn't even have an interest in disturbing his sister. Gina becomes even more sure her brother is upto something. He looks at the ground, then at his sister, who has folded her arms and is looking at him.

Calmly, he tells her that he needs to talk to her alone. Gina asks him what happened. Hector says nothing, he adds that he just wants to talk to her alone in a more private place. Gina looks around, and when she sees nobody, she tells Hector, that her twin sense tells her something is going on, and she wants to know. Hector shrugs and says that there isn't.

Meanwhile, Adrianna and Antonio, are at the cafeteria. He says that he would like to talk to her and Aranza, as soon as possible. Adrianna looks at him worriedly. She asks him if he and his son are okay. Antonio says they both are. Adrianna then asks him what schemes Aranza has put him upto. Antonio assures her Aranza isn't upto anything. Antonio says that it's just important, they talk.

He tells her that she should come up with an excuse if anyone else asks. Adrianna tries to get Antonio to tell her, what is going on, but he is adamant and says that she should remain calm and that he will only talk when Aranza is also there. Adrianna doesn't know what to make of how Antonio is acting. He smiles at her and tells her that everything will be okay.

Meanwhile,

Marianna meets Martin, on the lift, as they both enter to go two floors up. Martin remembers what Aranza and Aurelio told him, Antonio and Hector. He glares at her in such a way that for the first time, Marianna is afraid of him. If looks could kill, Marianna would be dead by then. Martin doesn't say a word to her.

He says to himself that she was involved in Emma's murder and that he will never forgive her for that. Marianna asks herself what she could have done that has got Martin so angry at her. She says that she knows that they aren't friends but, she doesn't understand why he is so cold towards her. It is a tense and uncomfortable ride.

Elsewhere at Armando and Luisa's house,

Clara holds up her newborn granddaughter, Rosa Milagros, and gazes at the baby with love. She says to herself that God has blessed her, with an angel.

Later that day,

Anna Patricia goes to visit John alone because Hector and Gina were busy. She asks herself just how much he remembers about his children and his life.

Meanwhile,

Hector and Gina, Antonio and Adrianna, Martin and Aurelio, and Aranza had left work early and separately arrived at a house owned by a friend of Antonio's who was on leave. Antonio had access to the key because he was keeping it for him. Hector and Gina are the last to arrive. Gina immediately asks the guys and Aranza what they are up to. Adrianna says that she too wants to know why they have all been acting weird.

Aurelio who wasn't in the room, at the time, comes back with a basket and removes a letter and audio. Gina stares at him curiously. She asks him what it is. Antonio says that Aranza found some things that Emma left behind before she died while arranging files and boxes, in their room. Gina asks them if they know what Emma said. They all nod. Hector says that's why they brought her and Adrianna there so that they too could know. Adrianna says that they are ready for whatever it is.

Meanwhile, Horacio, Isabella, Marianna, and Alejandro are in a meeting spot. Alejandro has just gotten off the phone. He tells them that the people they hire to monitor Adrianna, Gina, Hector, and Antonio's movements have reported that Hector, Gina, Aurelio, Adrianna, Antonio. Aranza and Martin are in one place, at a place owned either by Antonio or one of his friends. They are all concerned. Isabella says that this needs to be checked out because they have worked so hard to break them up and they cannot let anything destroy that.

Back at Antonio's friend's house,

Gina and Adrianna are both shell-shocked. They cannot believe what they just heard. Adrianna who was sitting near Gina faints, and the secret is forgotten, as everyone rushes to help her.

At the mental hospital,

John tells Anna Patricia that he would like to attend the children's birthday this year. He adds that he understands why he couldn't attend before. She is a little surprised at this. She says that she knows that he loves the children like his own grandchildren, and he would want to be there on such an important day. He says that he does want to be there. He adds that it was understandable that his interactions with the outside world were limited, earlier because despite his recovery he was still in a delicate condition after years of being sick.

He adds that he feels ready to begin a new stage of his life and move on. He says that he isn't getting any younger, and he doesn't intend to spend the rest of his life in that room. Anna Patricia says that she understands and agrees with his decision. She adds that Hector and Gina will be happy to have him there. John adds that life is too short and should be enjoyed and lived. He adds that he has important decisions to make. He then takes one of her hands and puts it in his.

She looks at him and asks him what he is talking about. He says that in the few years he has known her, he has come to see what a remarkable woman she is. He says that she is a beautiful woman both, inside and outside, and the kind of person he would love to spend the rest of his days with. Anna Patricia as much as she hoped it would happen is still shocked, at the intensity of her feelings.

EPISODE 97

A week later,

It is on a Thursday and, sometime after Anna Patricia, Hector and Gina have visited John, and he is in his room. He has a vision of the young mother with her son, but this time they are in a park. She calls the child Gabriel and scolds him for throwing a tantrum in the park. John asks himself why she looks so much like Gina and why her father, the child's grandfather looks so much like Hector. He asks himself how he is connected to the child or the woman that looks like Gina. He says that he has to ask Hector and Gina questions because they have a lot to explain.

Sometime later, at Aurelio's house, Aranza is in the bedroom, she is standing on the bed, and the cupboards are all open. She looks at the boxes, and papers with her hands on her hips. She tells herself that, the place needed an overhaul and needed to be arranged. Just then, Aurelio comes in and looks at her suspiciously. He asks her what she is up to. She pouts and says that she is a good girl who isn't up to anything.

She adds that she just felt that they needed to arrange the upper cupboards because they just pile up more stuff and they haven't checked, up there or arranged, it in months. Aurelio makes a face and Aranza knows that he isn't too keen on the idea. She smiles and says that she will do it and he doesn't have to worry about it. He says that if she wants to do it, he has no problem.

Meanwhile, Gina is in the sitting room playing with her son. She looks at him and says (to herself) that all she does is for him. She says that she and her brother will get back the company their great grandfather worked hard for and that he (Hannibal) and his cousin (Gisela Paulina) will have it back and they will run it in the future.

Just then Horacio comes in. She completely ignores him even when he tries to make small talk. She tries to leave but he holds her hand. He tells her not to forget her duties. She says that she hasn't forgotten since he reminds her constantly. She adds that what they have is a farce, not a marriage, and since they are in private, pretenses aren't necessary. She then carries her son and leaves.

Elsewhere, at Martin's house,

He is trying to read a book, but it might as well be pointless because his mind isn't there. It had been months since Emma died, and her death and that of his child still pained and hurt him a lot. He hadn't been able to move on and fall in love yet. He couldn't imagine falling in love; he couldn't imagine anyone replacing her. Would he be able to find love again, would he be able to find happiness, and with who? He feels frustrated because it has been months, and there has been no evidence or clue pointing at anyone, or that could explain why anyone would want her dead. One thing was clear to him, this was no ordinary crime.

Elsewhere at Ramon and Clara's,

Clara and Anna Patricia are in the living room talking. Anna Patricia confides in her mother and says that she doesn't know what to do about Martin. She adds that she has tried to do everything she can to help him but it doesn't seem to be enough, because he has lost his former zest for life. She adds that it pains her to see her son so broken.

Clara tells her that people grieve differently, and for Martin, it is to retreat even further into his shell and to become more of a workaholic. She adds that time is the best healer and that it will never stop being painful, but the pain will only get easier with time. Clara adds that all they can do is to continue being there for him. She adds that as impossible as it seems, Martin will find love again and he will be happy. Clara then hugs her daughter.

Elsewhere,

Antonio is taking a walk in the park. He needed to think and clear his head. Living with Isabella drove him crazy. He sits on a bench. No matter how much he tries not to, he still thinks about Gina. In the past nearly three years, he hasn't forgotten her. He still loved her.

On Saturday, morning,

Hector, Gina, and Anna Patricia go to visit John, as they often do. That day is however not going to be an ordinary one. They find him in a more serious mood than usual. Gina is worried about him and asks him if he is okay. He says that he is. He says that he was just thinking about the visions he has. Anna Patricia asks him if there was anything, else that was different this time. John says that the lady called her son Gabriel, and scolded him for throwing tantrums. Gina, Anna Patricia, and Hector look at each other in a manner that was halfway between fear and shock. They were caught off guard.

John notes their reaction. He says to himself that he finds their reaction quite strange. Hector manages to pull himself together quickly and asks him if he knows who the child, Gabriel is. John looks at each of them and then says he doesn't and he would like to know how he is connected to that child, why the child's mother, looks like her (Gina) and why the child's grandfather looks like him (Hector). Gina asks herself just how much memory her father, has regained, and how much he is telling them.

Meanwhile, at Aranza and Aurelio's house,

Aranza is in the bedroom, surrounded by boxes, and papers. She finally got to cleaning out the cupboards. So far it has been boxes and boxes of papers. In one particular one, she finds a letter and tape. She gasps. She asks herself what a letter from Emma could possibly be doing at the house, and what is in the tape. She says that she will first finish arranging the things and then she will come back and go through the letter, and tape. Aranza then carries the tape and letter, in their original box and puts them among her things. She then goes back to arranging.

Meanwhile, Marianna is jogging in the park, when she sees Martin. He is sitting on a bench, drinking a bottle of water. He looks like he has been jogging for a while. She momentarily stares at him, (before he sees her) then starts walking off. Unfortunately (or not) for her he puts the bottle down and turns around and sees her. She isn't too far, so he greets her while calling her a witch. Marianna turns around and glares at him. She walks back to him and tells him that it doesn't matter what he thinks because she will remain with Hector forever. Marianna taunts Martin and says that compared to his cousins he is irrelevant, boring, unattractive, and is probably a bad lover.

Martin glares at her then grabs a hold of her. Marianna looks at him and says that she isn't scared of him and can defend herself. She adds that she is tired of him bullying her and calling her a witch. She then tries to struggle free. Martin however doesn't let her go. Marianna tells him to leave her alone. Martin says he will, and adds that he wants nothing to do with her. He adds that before he leaves her, he will do one thing. Marianna asks him what he means. Martin looks at her but doesn't answer her. He then kisses her. Marianna at first tries to push him away, but soon enough finds herself responding to him, and kissing him back.

Back at the mental hospital,

Dr.Alves is sitting in his office, going over John's case. As he has been doing a lot lately, he questions just what the relation between John, Hector, and Gina is. He says that initially, he thought that they bonded and grew closer as Hector and Gina visited John, but he had for a long time suspected that their relationship ran deeper. He then asks himself if John could be the father to one of them and an uncle to the other. He says that he hasn't ever seen anything like that before.

Meanwhile, John is in his room. It is sometime after Hector, Gina, and Anna Patricia, have left. He is sure, that there is something they are not telling him, but what? He says that he feels like they might have an idea of who he really was.

Back at the park,

Martin pulls away from Marianna and smirks at her. He then cheekily asks her if her opinion about him has changed. Marianna glares at him. Martin folds his hands and smirks at her again. He tells her that, calling her a witch, isn't an insult, because she is dark-hearted and utterly evil. He says that for her that is a compliment. Marianna tells him that he is very rude and is just bitter because he wants her. Martin says she is crazier than he thought. He adds that he is just telling it as it is and calling her what she is. He said he doesn't go for trashy bimbos.

Marianna tries to beat him but he holds her hands. He smirks and asks her if she wants him to kiss her again. Marianna struggles but he doesn't let her go yet. Martin kisses her again. Just as before Marianna is unable to resist him for long. She quickly finds herself responding and kisses him back. After a little while, Martin reluctantly lets go of Marianna and smirks at her again. She glares at him. They stare at each other and a moment passes. Martin tells her that he will see her around. Marianna tells him that he is an idiot and stomps off. Martin smiles.

Later on at night,

Aranza and Aurelio are at their house. They are getting ready to watch a movie when Aranza asks Aurelio about the note and tape, from Emma that she found when she was arranging the bedroom. Aurelio is shocked because he had no idea. He asks Aranza if she knew anything. Aranza says she had no idea about it either. She says that Emma was there so often with Adrianna and Gina and probably left it before her death.

Aurelio says that they should give it to the police. Aranza asks him why. Aurelio says that he finds it suspicious that Emma left the papers in their house, and not anywhere else. He adds that it was like she was trying to make sure, that it was safe and didn't land in the wrong hands. He also says that she probably knew that no one would suspect them.

Meanwhile,

Gina and Hector are in Gina and Horacio's house. Horacio wasn't around. They are in the study. Hector asks her why she looks so worried. Gina tells Hector that their father suspects something and that is why he is asking questions. She says that they should start working out a plan to tell him the truth because she is exhausted after years of hiding their identities. She also adds that it is a struggle not telling their father the truth because she was never good at keeping secrets from him anyway.

Hector smiles and says that she was always the loud-mouthed one. Gina pokes her brother's arm and tells him to be serious. She tells him that their father was on the verge, of recovering his memory. Hector asks her why he hasn't told them anything if he had remembered. He adds that it would have been easier to just come out and ask them straight away. Gina says, their father and Aranza are quite alike, and they love mind games.

Back at Aranza and Aurelio's,

Aranza has gotten the package with the letter and tape and shows it to Aurelio. She then says that they should first find out what it says. Aurelio disagrees and says that they should give it to the police. Aranza says that she just wants to know what is in the paper and audio. She adds that the information could be personal and not necessarily related to her death. Aurelio is still unsure, about the whole thing. Aranza says that it will help Martin and Emma's family in the whole process of moving on. Aurelio knows how determined and stubborn Aranza can be when she has set her mind to something, and he is a bit curious anyway.

He says that they can take a peek, but they have to hand the papers over after. Aranza agrees and they open the letter. It isn't that long. They begin reading. The letter talks about the day, Emma was at the club with Martin and she accidentally learnt what Isabella and company had done, from a drunken reveler. She narrates, what the man told her. Aranza is shocked beyond words. How could people be so evil? Aurelio hugs her then asks her if she is ready to hear the tape. She says that she is.

Meanwhile back at Horacio and Gina's house,

Hector tells Gina that what she is suggesting is crazy. He says that if their father knew who they were he would have told them. Gina says that she doesn't think, that he remembers, that much, but he is heading there. Hector asks Gina if she is jealous because Aranza is more like their father than her. Gina glares at her brother. She asks him why she would be jealous. Hector shrugs his shoulders, and says because she can be spoiled and a little brattish, and feel like she is entitled, to be their father's favorite child.

Gina tells Hector he is crazy. Hector tells Gina that she does love being the center of attention and the same way she got jealous and threw tantrums, because of him as a child, he knows that when everything comes out, she will try to hog the attention away from him and Aranza. Gina tells him that she was never jealous of him. She adds that it was him who was bossy, and a bit of a bully. Hector says that she conveniently forgot how she has always been obsessed with outshining him and showing that she was smarter or better. Gina glares at her brother.

At Marianna and Hector's house,

She is in the sitting room, carrying her daughter Diana (in reality Gisela Paulina, because the children were switched), and she remembers, earlier in the day when she ran into Martin, and they argued and then he kissed her twice. She calls him a bossy fool.

At Martin's house,

He is sitting on a chair and remembers kissing Marianna earlier in the day. What made him do it? He didn't even like her, or does he? Martin says out loud that he doesn't even like her as a person and he can't stand her.
