EPISODE 74

 

Meanwhile, back at Antonio's house, Gina has already told Adrianna what Horacio told her. Adrianna says she feels overwhelmed. She adds that things will only get worse in the future because Alejandro is obsessed with her. Gina tells Adrianna that she understands because Horacio is obsessed with her and is as crazy as Alejandro.

Back at Claudia and Ramon's house, Claudia says that she is completely shocked. She asks him if Gina knows the truth. Horacio says that he told, her the previous day and he is sure by then she had told Antonio. Horacio says because of who they are, it is likely to become a scandal. Claudia says she knows and that's what she is afraid of. She says to herself that, none of this mess would have happened to Antonio had he never gotten involved with Gina, and instead remained with Isabella. Claudia asks Horacio what he will do.

He says that he will continue working on convincing Gina that they should get back together. He adds that it won't be easy because Gina made it clear she is with Antonio and isn't leaving him. Claudia, says too bad because Gina and Antonio will have to break up whether they like it or not. She adds that Gina's child isn't Antonio's and he needs to focus on the son he has with Isabella, and stop his obsession with Gina. Horacio says it will be good for everyone involved, especially the children. Claudia tells him not to worry because from her end she will work on talking to Antonio. She then reminds, him that it's a joint effort.

Back at Antonio's house, the maid knocks on the door of Antonio's study. Gina goes to open it. The maid tells her Aranza was there. Gina sighs and says to herself that it can only mean questions. She adds that she isn't sure she is ready to answer, or that Adrianna is either. Gina says that she can go to the study.

The maid goes to get Aranza. Adrianna says that they are in for it because Aranza has a special talent for getting information out of people. Gina smiles and agrees. To herself, she says that she is like a mini version of their father.

Meanwhile, back at Juan Patricio's house, Horacio has already left. Claudia thinks over what he just told her. She says that finally, she has gotten her chance to get Gina out of Antonio's life for good. She picks up her phone to call Isabella. Isabella sees that it's Claudia calling and says that Horacio must have told her. She smiles and says that things are going according to plan. She picks up Claudia's call.

Meanwhile, back at Antonio's house, Adrianna asks Aranza why she wasn't at school that day. Aranza says that on Friday's they don't have classes and today she didn't feel like going to school. On Gina's stare, Aranza adds that she is a good student, and all her assignments are up to date. She adds that sometimes, someone just feels like taking a break. Aranza then looks from Gina to Adrianna and folds her hands.

She says that something is going on, and the two of them aren't telling her. Aranza pouts and says that she's already eighteen, and she's not a child, so they should stop treating her like she is a child. Gina and Adrianna, look at each other and Aranza, coughs to return the attention back to her. Gina says she will start.

Back to the conversation, Claudia is having with Isabella,

She asks Isabella if Horacio has talked to her. Isabella says she has known, for a few days, but Horacio asked her to let him deal with it and talk to Gina. Claudia says that this is their chance to finally get rid of Gina for good. Isabella says she knows but reminds Claudia that they have to consider the children. Claudia says that she is such a nice person to consider Gina's son, at a time like this. Isabella says she has to because they are the ones at the center of the scandal. Claudia says that no one wants to hurt the children. She says that she simply wants to avoid the scandal this coming out would cause.

She says that the solution that is in everyone's best interest is if she married Antonio and Gina married Horacio. Claudia says that it is the children, who will be scarred for a long time for being connected to such a scandal. She adds that they may be bullied or made fun of. Isabella agrees and says that she would like to marry Antonio but he is stubborn and intent on sticking with Gina. She adds that she is getting tired of begging him, and might consider giving up, on him. Claudia, tells her not to give up. She adds that this is the time for them to join up and get Gina out of Antonio's life.

Back at Antonio's house, both Gina and Adrianna have just told Aranza about the children. She is of course shocked. She stands and goes and hugs both of them. She says that she will be there for them.

Sometime later, at Montes De Alba inc, Antonio and Hector meet at the usual garden spot. Hector says that there is something, he has to tell him.

Meanwhile, Aranza calls Aurelio. She tells him that she changed her mind about going home, and she is spending the day with Adrianna and Gina at Antonio's house. Aurelio says that he really didn't believe she'd go home because she is too nosy and jumpy anyway. Aranza rolls her eyes, pouts, and says she is not. She then asks him if he is in the library. Aurelio says he isn't. He adds that he is heading out for a lunch break with some friends. She tells him to study well and calls him, my handsome genius.

Back at Montes De Alba inc, Hector and Antonio have already told each other the 'truth'. Hector asks Antonio if anyone else knows. Antonio says he is sure his grandmother knows, and that either Horacio or Isabella told her. He adds that soon, she will start hounding him. Hector receives a message. He excuses himself and reads it. He then, says that Aranza is with Gina and Adrianna, and they have told her everything. Antonio says that they didn't really stand much of a chance because Aranza has a way of getting information out of people. Hector agrees.

Back at Antonio's house, Aranza pouts. She says that there was no need to tell Hector where she was because he'd tell Antonio. She then adds that she isn't a baby. Aranza then asks them what they will do. Gina says that the next step would be to tell everyone else. She says she is sure Horacio has found a way of telling Antonio's grandparents, and Alejandro has told or is about to tell Helena, so they will need all the support because this is about to blow up.

At Montes De Alba inc, Helena's secretary tells her that Alejandro, is there and wants to see her and he said that it is important. Helena says that she can let him in.

After the call, Helena says to herself that it better, not be him complaining about Hector, or Hector's relationship with Adrianna, because she has more important things on her mind. Alejandro opens the office door, and Helena offers him a seat.

Meanwhile, Gina calls Emma, to ask, her if she can come over later, that day. Emma asks Gina if she is okay. Gina, says she is, but Emma doesn't believe her. Emma says she will come, mainly to confirm, if she is okay. Gina smiles and says it's okay.

Back at Montes De Alba inc, Helena is shocked, at what Alejandro has just told her. Alejandro adds that the same happened to Gina. Helena looks at Alejandro, and then asks, him if this is a case of malpractice, or is it something he and Horacio planned. Alejandro is left tongue-tied. Helena says that it's okay. She adds that she doesn't really like Hector and Gina much. She adds that Gina resembles the pictures she had seen of Gabriel's mother Belen, and therefore reminds her of her late husband, making her uneasy, and Hector, made her niece rebellious and grew her daughter's wild streak.

Alejandro says it was a well-orchestrated plan, by him and Horacio. Helena asks him who else knows. Alejandro says that Horacio has by now told Antonio's grandmother, and Adrianna and Gina will probably tell the rest of Hector and Gina's family. Helena says that this is their opportunity to break up Hector and Adrianna. She tells him to listen closely.

Elsewhere, Antonio frowns when he sees it is his grandmother calling. He says to himself that Isabella probably told her about what is going on. He looks around the washroom, to make sure no one is around, then picks up the phone. Claudia says she thought he was going to ignore her again. Antonio sighs, and says that he has work to do, so he cannot play mind games with her. Claudia says that Gina is a wild girl who is a bad influence on him and has made him rude to her.

Antonio ignores his grandmother's comments and asks her if she had anything to tell him. Claudia sighs and says that she knows the truth about Gina's son and adds that she would like them to talk about it personally. Antonio frowns and says that he will come the next day. Claudia asks him what he is doing that is so important, he can't come, that day. Claudia reminds him that, tomorrow he has to visit his real son. Antonio frowns and says that he will come. Claudia tells him not to be late and not to keep her waiting.

Meanwhile,

Martin and Emma are in the garden. She tells him that Gina called her and wants to talk to her, later in the day and she sounded like something was up even though she denied everything. He says, there's no problem. She says that she knows that, they were to meet up but she has to check up on Gina and the baby. Martin says it's fine because Hector wants to meet him anyway. Emma asks him if Hector told him why he wants to meet him. Martin says Hector didn't say what he wanted to talk about.

Elsewhere Gina calls Luisa and says that she and Adrianna would like to meet them. Luisa asks her if everything is okay. Gina keeps quiet, unable to lie. Luisa asks her again if she is okay. Gina sniffs and almost cries. Luisa asks her if she should come. Gina assures her, that she is fine and that it isn't necessary for her, to come immediately.

Later at the end of the day, Emma goes to Antonio's house, Antonio goes to his grandparent's house, and Martin and Hector meet. Anna Patricia goes to visit John.

At Antonio's house, Adrianna is there with her daughter, Emma, and Gina. Emma looks at both Gina and Adrianna and knows that something is going on.
