Two days pass and soon it is on Friday. Emma, Gina, and Adrianna go to Antonio's house, while Aranza and Aurelio go to Clara and Ramon's.
There is a big game that day and Antonio and Hector go to the club. Martin is unwell and stays at home. Marianna and Isabella are at the club as well. They are monitoring Antonio and Hector who are ordering, cocktails. The bartender mixes the cocktails and turns to get the garnishes for the drinks. He drops something. Isabella uses the chance, to sprinkle a colorless odorless drug into both glasses.
Most of the patrons are glued to their screens or are drunk and so she passes unnoticed. Shortly after, Hector and Antonio get their drinks.
Meanwhile, Helena tells Carlos of Flavio's proposal to work towards arranging for Mauricio and Aranza's marriage. She says that by marrying the two, they will be increasing their market share, and combining two powerhouses. Carlos doesn't like Aranza at all because she is a reminder of her father and because she is an heiress to the Montes De Alba fortune. He is all for the idea.
Meanwhile, Mauricio is at home, in his room, catching up on some school projects, when his father comes into the room. He says that there is something they have to discuss. Flavio tells Mauricio that Montes De Alba Inc. is one of the biggest companies in the region, and they need to merge with them and control it. Mauricio asks him how they are going to do it. Flavio says that they are going to do it by him seducing and marrying Aranza Montes De Alba. Mauricio asks him how that will happen when she is so in love with Aurelio. Flavio tells him that he is a Basanez, and Aurelio is far beneath him.
Meanwhile, Hector and Antonio are both drunk. Isabella and Marianna watch them. Horacio and Alejandro have arrived. They then strike. Horacio and Alejandro help Marianna and Isabella carry Antonio and Hector out of the club. Alejandro puts Hector in one taxi, which Marianna enters, while Horacio puts Antonio in the other which Isabella enters. Horacio says (to himself) that finally, he is going to get Gina back from that spoilt preppy boy. Alejandro says (to himself) that it is time for Hector to learn that Adrianna is his and his alone.
Meanwhile,
Clara watches Aranza. Never has she met a more jumpy and lively girl. Today, however, she notices that Aranza is not her usual self. Gina had already told Clara what happened to Aranza. Clara is reminded of what happened to her. She makes a resolve and turns towards Aranza. Clara says she wants to talk to her. Ramon is surprised, but let's the two go for a walk. Clara and Aranza don't go far from the house. Clara asks Aranza how she is. Aranza says she is fine. Clara tells her Gina told her about what happened with those guys she learns with. Aranza looks surprised. She asks Clara if she knows everything. Clara says Gina didn't tell her why, she (Aranza) dropped, the charges, but she (Clara) can guess she was threatened.
Aranza is shocked and asks Clara, how she knows. Clara falters and then says she was raped many years ago, so she understands. Clara tells her that it's something that she has not told her children and grandchildren and it's not something she likes to talk or think about. Aranza hugs her. Clara tells her that she should remain strong. She then adds that Aranza has strength and wisdom far above her years and hugs her. Elsewhere, Aurelio went to spend the night at his parents' house.
Meanwhile, Alejandro has helped Marianna to carry a totally drugged-out Hector, into her room. When he leaves, she says that she has finally beat, Adrianna. She looks at Hector and asks out loud, what he sees in such a boring woman like Adrianna. She then begins to kiss him, unbuttons his shirt, and removes his trouser belt.
Elsewhere, Isabella hasn't wasted time either. After Horacio helps her to take Antonio to her house and her bed he leaves. Isabella then goes back to Antonio, locks, the door, unties her hair, and joins him in bed. She then kisses him and unbuttons his shirt, and traces a finger down his body. Later, Adrianna tries to call Hector, but she can't reach him. Gina tries to call Antonio but can't reach him either.
Early on Saturday morning: Hector, turns, and stretches one hand in his sleep. He holds closer onto Marianna, who kisses him. He mumbles Adrianna, and she snuggles closer. Meanwhile, Antonio tries to wake up, but his head feels heavy. Isabella meanwhile is fast asleep. Gina tries to call Antonio again, but she can't reach him. Adrianna can't reach Hector either.
Aranza meanwhile is asleep in one of Clara and Ramon's rooms when her phone rings. She mumbles but picks it up. She says Adrianna is paranoid, for being too overprotective but is shocked and disgusted to see that it's not Adrianna calling but Mauricio. She ignores it and when it stops ringing, she puts it on silent mode and sleeps. Mauricio puts the phone down and paces. He says that Aranza will not get away with ignoring him, and asks how she can prefer a lowlife like Aurelio over him.
Meanwhile, Antonio finally wakes up. He has a nasty hangover and needs water to clear his system. He looks at the wall and it doesn't look familiar but his head is too full to immediately register anything. He drags himself out of bed and opens the door, and heads to the kitchen.
Meanwhile, Hector wakes up, as well. He too has a hangover. He sees Marianna and slightly sobers up, but nevertheless, he leaves the room to get water from the kitchen.
Back at Isabella's house,
Antonio drinks a glass of water, and then turns to get aspirin from a cabinet in the kitchen, but doesn't find it. He takes a bottle of water and goes to the dining room and sits down, feeling slightly dizzy. Hearing someone approach, he looks up and is annoyed to see Isabella. It then begins to hit him- he is not in his house. He splashes the cold water on his face, and faces Isabella, and asks her why he is here. She looks at him and asks him if he can remember. When he doesn't respond, she adds that he got bored of his boring townie girlfriend, and came to look, for her.
Antonio tells her to stop being irritating and tell him what she is up to.
Isabella asks him why he is rude to her when he was so insatiable, and such a stallion the previous day. He ignores her and asks her what she put in his drink the previous day. Isabella says she has no idea, what he was talking about. She reminds him that she was there as a customer, not a bartender or a waiter. Antonio tells her to stop being sarcastic. Isabella insists that she did not do anything. She insists that they left the club together, and they came there. Antonio says he can't remember anything and he would not put anything past her. Isabella says he drank too much. Antonio tells her that he has never and will never drink to the point of losing his senses.
Meanwhile, Hector drinks water and then splashes some on his face. Marianna comes. He asks her what he is doing there. She says, they spent a good night at the club and continued there at her house because it was nearer. Hector looks at her scathingly. He says she is crazy and pulls stunts and he wouldn't put anything past her. Marianna says she has no idea of what he is accusing her of. Hector holds her hand, a little too roughly, and she tells him, he is hurting her hand. He loosens his grip, but still retains the same menacing look. He tells her to start talking. Marianna repeats her story.
After some time,
Antonio is back in Isabella's bedroom. He has dressed. He picks up his phone. Isabella says they have to talk. Antonio says she is a psychopath and he has nothing to say to her. Isabella says that he cannot just enjoy her and leave. Antonio begins to get angry and reminds her that he is not there out of his own free will. He then leaves. Isabella remains and smiles. She says that it is only the beginning, and he will be hers and that no one will stop that.
Elsewhere,
Tired of Marianna's craziness, Hector had already dressed and wanted to leave. He says that he was sure, she drugged him. Marianna says that she did no such thing. She also says that they had a good time at the club and there as well. Marianna adds that it's not her fault; he got bored of his dull bookworm, geeky girlfriend. She then finishes by asking him what he ever saw in her. Hector comes near her and says Adrianna is a beautiful, intelligent, classy, and dignified woman, which is more than he can say for her. He opens the door and leaves.
Meanwhile, Aranza is awake. She sees four more missed calls from Mauricio. She remembers one thing Adrianna once told her, during their frequent girl talk sessions, that giving attention to somebody obsessed with you, only feeds their obsession and so, she ignores him. Mauricio gets angry. That's where Aranza has reached; she won't even pick up calls. He will seduce Aranza, with or without her consent.
Sometime later,
Gina hears a knock and goes to open the door. It's Antonio. He looks disheveled and clearly is nursing a hangover. She watches him, sit. He asks her for an aspirin. She goes to the kitchen cabinet and gets him one. Antonio watches Gina. She looks like a lioness ready for combat. She has her arms folded and looks at him like she would rather strangle him. She even sits far away from him.
Meanwhile,
Hector arrives at his friend's house. Adrianna hears a knock on the door and checks who it is and opens it. Hector is there, looking disheveled. He enters, sits down, and rubs his head. Adrianna gets him a glass of water from the kitchen. He thanks her and drinks it. Adrianna also sits, but far away from him. His head feels heavy from the hangover, but, it is the regret of having slept with Marianna and the fear of Adrianna finding out that bothered him most. Adrianna says she called him many times the previous day and earlier that day, and she couldn't reach him. She then asks him where he was.
He says he can't really remember much, but he thinks he was drugged because he is sure he never got drunk. Adrianna asks him, who drugged him if he was drugged at all because it was clearly not a robber. After all, he still had his phone and wallet. Hector momentarily keeps quiet. He forgot how sharp Adrianna was. He can't tell her, it was Marianna, can he? He doesn't even want to imagine her reaction to finding out the truth. He says he remembers drinking a cocktail and not much else. She asks him which team won and what the score was if he even went to watch the match. He assures her that he did go to see the match. Adrianna asks him where he spent the night.
